We had windows installed in our home about a months ago. I especially, was not happy about having to spend money on windows. We had 2 other bids and decided to go with Tri-Star. Our decision was based on the prompt call back and detail of the options we were given. Josh was kind, easy to talk to, very informed and gave us a fantastic price over the other 2 bids but most of all he is a man of his word. A trait harder find in this world as each day goes by. He also made suggestions that were very much appreciated. We changed a window in the main living area from a set of double single hung windows to a non gird picture window. Oh my goodness what a difference that one window made in our home. I went from being sorry we needed windows to thrilled. The installers were professional and took great pride in their work of which we are very grateful. We would absolutely recommend Tri-Star Windows and Doors.
