We had windows installed in our home about a months ago. I especially,  was not happy about having to spend money on windows. We had 2 other bids and decided to go with Tri-Star. Our decision was based on the prompt call back and detail of the options we were given. Josh was kind, easy to talk to, very informed and gave us a fantastic price over the other 2 bids but most of all he is a man of his word. A trait harder find in this world as each day goes by. He also made suggestions that were very much appreciated. We changed a window in the main living area from a set of double single hung windows to a non gird picture window. Oh my goodness what a difference that one window made in our home.  I went from being sorry we needed windows to thrilled.
